Nuvit Service is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our IT operations and services are in line with industry best practices, organizational standards, and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all IT processes and procedures.
  • Perform routine tasks according to established checklists and process maps.
  • Monitor infrastructure and application services to identify potential issues and take corrective action.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including UNIX and Windows, and experience working in a technical or helpdesk environment.

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical or helpdesk role.
  • Experience working with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.
  • Advance level English language skills.
  • Technical writing skills.

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
