Job Title: Data Operations Specialist

At Nuvit Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues related to data flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration of data collection and processing for existing and new operations
  • Monitoring data flows of existing operations and identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues
  • Improving client data collection monitoring, data quality, and integrity
  • Providing expert advice on data and data infrastructure to product and software developers
  • Maintaining the production environment and software administration
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Control M MR software administrator in Unix, Linux, or AIX environment
  • 3-5 years of experience with Control M Midrange scheduling and problem resolution
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SQL Query
  • MS Office advanced skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Effective communication and document processing skills
