We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for implementing PR and communications activities that drive brand awareness and traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement PR and communications activities according to market activation plans, ROMI guidelines, and budget allocations.
- Work closely with media agencies to support the Brand & Communications Manager in briefing and orchestrating media-related activities.
- Monitor performance and efficiency of campaign effectiveness on a constant basis to identify improvement opportunities and maximize results.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, PR agencies, stylists, and local influencers to grow PR coverage and keep the brand top of mind for our end-consumers.
- Coordinate the orchestration and successful delivery of marketing events for press and consumers, including exhibitions, product launches, and sponsorships.
- Execute product placement, collaborations, and local activations in alignment with the brand positioning, including fiscal and legal processes.
- Contribute to briefing and managing output of local agencies, including media, PR, influencer content, and social media partners.
- Assist in developing clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency across online shops, social media channels, and partner platforms.
About You
We are looking for a unique and talented individual who brings the following qualifications and experience:
- University degree in PR, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment.
- Experience working with media agencies and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Intermediate English level, with advanced spoken and written skills.
