Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist is a key role within Citi's HR function, responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues.
Responsibilities:
Participate in investigations and complaint management initiatives, working closely with regulators and internal stakeholders.
Conduct thorough investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the facts.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring that they understand their rights and responsibilities.
Collaborate with the Employment Law team to investigate and respond to agency charges and litigation.
Develop and deliver training initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
