Job Summary

The Employee Relations Manager role at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. is responsible for ensuring a fair, respectful, and consistent treatment of employees. The position supports Mexico Operations and focuses on site support activities that improve local and network employee relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from associates and managers through data analysis and site visits.
  • Partner with site leadership and HR to identify and improve opportunities that affect the associate experience.
  • Analyze and audit people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations.
  • Prepare assessment reports for senior leadership review.
  • Conduct positive employee relations training and oversee employee relations and vulnerability assessment programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in labor/employee relations or a related field.
  • 7+ years of direct experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law.
  • Experience working in retail/manufacturing/distribution/call center environments.
  • Experience with Federal Labor Law and identifying labor risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English and Spanish language skills.
