SalaryThe salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionWe're looking for someone to analyze and decision transactions based on risk rules, identify valid or fraudulent transactions, and provide feedback on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures.
You will work closely with Accounting, Compliance, Collections, and Customer Service teams to prevent financial crime and protect our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- An associate's degree (or equivalent) required; a bachelor's degree or comparable work-related experience is a plus
- Prior e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation, or retail fraud prevention experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
