Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Accountant Invoicing to join our team at 1002 Lego Operac. Mx, Sa De Cv. As a key member of our Finance function, you will be responsible for ensuring all daily transactional tasks are completed on time and supporting the team in handling other ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a strong, customer-oriented service culture within the AR department.
- Ensure all daily transactional tasks are completed on time and support the team in handling other ad-hoc tasks.
- Issue and post credit notes and debit notes, process CTTs, and clear documents.
- Monitor VFX03/04 for stuck billing documents and ensure the creation of invoices meets the SLA for all markets.
- Perform optimization initiatives within own functional areas and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with senior partners and customers to meet their needs.
- Proactively anticipate service needs from Order to Cash partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Understand the value of service provided and suggest continuous improvement ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in projects that drive process simplification and support regional implementation.
- Support regional process standardization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated working experience from Finance function and preferably experience in international accounting.
- Experience of working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective.
- Significant business and market understanding (experience) both at operational and tactical level.
- Personal drive and initiative, excellent collaboration skills, and proven ability to build trust and credibility with assigned business areas or other key partners.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve desired outcome.
- Good influencing skill to garner partner's support.
- Good Crisis Management and ability to contain issues effectively with good Problem-Solving skill.
- Confidence in making informed and justifiable decisions for own functional area.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- SAP knowledge.
- Fully bilingual.
