  • Campus Communication: Serve as a point of contact for campus-related inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and distribute promotional materials.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to campus activities, events, and student organizations.
  • Assist in budget management, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on campus initiatives, participation rates, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate scheduling and room bookings for campus facilities and resources.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Build and maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff, and student leaders to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Collaborate with external partners, community organizations, and alumni to develop partnerships and enhance campus programs.
  • Attend meetings, committees, and professional development sessions to stay updated on campus policies, procedures, and trends in higher education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Student Affairs, Communications) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in student services, campus programming, or event coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and event management software.
  • Knowledge of student development theories, campus policies, and higher education trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required for events and campus activities.
