Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing Automation platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Sitting on global marketing user and steering groups to knowledge share and lead the local implementation of innovative ideas, best practices, and platforms.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in campaign execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing automation platform.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years proven successful experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation skills to showcase results and develop non-digital marketing teams' understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Strong project management (AGILE) skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Data-driven: Analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in collaborating for insurance, consulting, or financial companies is highly desirable. Understanding and/or experience or certification of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) MS (MicroSoft) Dynamics or Marketo is highly desirable. Passion for creating value to customers.
