Our Next Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Post Production Specialist to join our growing team in Mexico City. You'll be the key point person from beginning to end of each project, assisting editors with technical and organizational aspects, handling media ingestion, final quality control, and delivery of projects to the Los Angeles office. This role works closely with the Production Manager to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution and seamless hand-offs between teams.

Your Responsibilities

You will provide support for 2 editors working on food and lifestyle/DIY video projects for 4 production teams (2 teams per editor - one lifestyle/DIY, one food content). Your tasks include:

  • Ingesting media cards from Production teams onto local and cloud-based servers and organizing/labeling media;
  • Creating project files, proxies, and stringouts;
  • Reframing final exports into different versions;
  • Performing final Quality Control (QC) review of all media files;
  • Managing final delivery of digital file transfers to the LA team;
  • Archiving projects upon completion.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with experience in Photoshop and After Effects, strong server and media organization skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and fluency in English. Salary Information

We offer an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
