Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA notifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and compensation practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
