We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team at Maswer. This role will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including payroll management and record-keeping.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Draft and process payroll accurately and efficiently
• Run payroll smoothly and on time
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll nonconformities
• Record transactions on QuickBooks and Contpaq Comercial
• Manage payroll KPIs and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
• Prepare end-of-month reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (regular communication with US personnel)
• 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI
• Own vehicle for business use

• Biweekly base salary: estimated $4,500 USD per month (calculated based on industry standards and location)
