About the Role

Webflow is revolutionizing web development with its visual platform, empowering users to build websites without coding. As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our compensation programs and initiatives.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global or remote company.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs and policies, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, managers, and recruiters to guide compensation practices.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation and training.
Benefits Administration
  • Administer benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, insurance, and employee perks.
  • Manage leave programs, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Resolve employee benefits inquiries in a timely manner.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights on key metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience in compensation and total rewards, preferably in a global or remote company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
  • Understanding of benefits programs and administration.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Business-level fluency in English.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $486,400 - $639,700 MXN per year, based on the location and level of experience required.
