Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global or remote company.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs and policies, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, managers, and recruiters to guide compensation practices.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation and training.
- Administer benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, insurance, and employee perks.
- Manage leave programs, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Resolve employee benefits inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
- Analyze trends and provide insights on key metrics.
- Experience in compensation and total rewards, preferably in a global or remote company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
- Understanding of benefits programs and administration.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Business-level fluency in English.

The estimated salary for this role is $486,400 - $639,700 MXN per year, based on the location and level of experience required.
