Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized training programs for customers to ensure optimal user adoption of NetSuite solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to assess their training needs and develop tailored curriculum and materials.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions onsite and virtually, ensuring a high-energy and dynamic learning environment.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in NetSuite solutions, including functional areas such as Accounting, Inventory Management, and Software/Services management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on functional training or consultative roles.
  • Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for on-site training and customer meetings.
