Job Title: Global Quality Documentation Specialist - ECOE Mexico

Ingredion Global Business Services, S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team in ECOE Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

As a Global Quality Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

About the Role:

  • Respond to high-volume customer requests daily, including standard documents, questionnaires, customer specifications, and quality agreements.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, manufacturing, quality, legal, and customer support groups to complete customer questionnaires.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ingredion's products and manufacturing sites.
  • Support the generation of needed documentation by working with appropriate parties within and external to quality.
  • Maintain and continuously improve systems and databases with the Quality team.
  • Organize and maintain all quality documentation and standard letters, tracking responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure customer documentation response process functions efficiently.
  • Work with Sales to ensure requests are complete and prioritized as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience in quality, operations, or regulatory.
  • Prior quality, regulatory, or food industry experience is favorable.
  • Basic knowledge of starches, hydrocolloids, or food ingredient experience is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple requests/assignments at a time, and complete assigned requests accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics, and data base software.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
