At Ingredion Global Business Services, S.A. de C.V., we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team in Mexico.
The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality customer documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple requests and assignments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and respond to incoming customer requests for standard documents, questionnaires, customer specifications, and quality agreements in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with regulatory, manufacturing, quality, legal, and customer support groups to complete customer questionnaires efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ingredion's products and manufacturing sites.
- Support the generation of necessary documentation by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain and improve the systems and databases used for quality documentation and customer inquiry tracking.
- Ensure the efficient functioning of the customer documentation response process as part of a collaborative team effort.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience in quality, operations, or regulatory fields.
- Prior quality, regulatory, or food industry experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of starches, hydrocolloids, or food ingredient experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics, and database software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
