About the Role
This role is part of the offer management department, responsible for providing customers with quotations. You will contribute by making sure these quotations are cost-optimized and mitigate all contractual risks. Your daily tasks include preparing offers, analyzing contracts, and negotiating with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare offers, including analysis and commenting of contracts with internal and external suppliers as well as customers according to commercial, tax, insurance, and legal aspects
- Prepare calculations for quotation in collaboration with technical colleagues and regional companies, analyze risks, and implement professional currency management
- Negotiate contracts, check customer creditworthiness, and prepare order intake calculations together with technical colleagues
- Implement LoAs and bid releases by collecting necessary information on time, including calculation, contract analysis, and risk analysis
- Develop order intake planning for countries and transfer relevant information into plant delivery planning and volume planning of order execution
- Ensure compliance with protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
- 2 years of experience in products business, ideally in the offer stage of the process, with special interest in the field of energy transmission
- Familiarity with SAP/Spiridon and MS Office, knowledge in processing and visualizing data is a plus
- Fluent language skills in Spanish and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Ability to cooperate, strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and customer focus
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
