Latin America Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**:
Prometeo Talent is seeking an experienced Latin America Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of Polyester (PET) strapping within the region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers in the Latin America region to ensure consistent growth in orders and profit.
Develop and implement growth plans aligned with the regional strategy.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer strategies.
Responsible for budget setting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure adequate support to meet customer needs.
**Requirements:**
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales of Polyester (PET) strapping.
Experience in setting up new business opportunities.
Fluent English level required.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Reasonable knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & analytical tools).
**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
