Latin America Region Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
Prometeo Talent is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of Polyester (PET) strapping sales in the Latin America region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in setting up new business opportunities and managing channel partners.
**Responsibilities:**
Set up and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects in the region
- Develop and implement growth plans aligned with regional strategies.
- Stay ahead of impending projects and maintain knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Manage budget, forecasting, and monthly reporting for the region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure adequate support for customer needs and achieve overall business objectives.
**Requirements:**
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales of Polyester (PET) strapping
- Proven track record of setting up new business opportunities and managing channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools and MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & analytical tools).
- Fluent English level.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
