The Business Development Manager in Mexico plays a critical role in driving company growth. With Mexico experiencing significant growth due to Nearshoring, this manager systematically identifies, screens, and pursues new business opportunities to capitalize on this trend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage transload potential and foster relationships with maritime ports, short lines, industrial parks, and state governments to drive business growth.
  • Aggressively prospect for new business, develop relationships, screen opportunities, and identify key contacts necessary to implement growth plans.
  • Play a crucial role in strategic development projects in Mexico, including site selection, relationships with real estate brokers, industrial parks, and governmental economic development authorities.
  • Manage the Pemex account, minimizing risks, advocating for payments, and laying the groundwork for eventual growth with Pemex.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare benefits, an incentive plan, and vacation time.
