As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional media strategies that align with client objectives and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Strategy & Planning: Lead large-scale strategic media deliveries, including annual market analyses, regional competitive landscapes, and annual media forecasts.
  • Client Management: Partner closely with the Account Director to serve as the client's main agency media point of contact, ensuring quality service and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with team leads to allocate an annual media budget of ~US$20M across digital media campaigns, maintaining high attention to detail and timely reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop an agile, innovative team of creative media experts, helping to develop our talent while maintaining a people-first culture of excellence.
