About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement effective portfolio management strategies to optimize resource allocation and enhance overall demand delivery capabilities.
  • Agile Delivery Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive velocity and precision in initiatives execution, ensuring successful delivery of projects and programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand and supply of resources/capabilities, and to drive delivery excellence.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess enterprise risks that could impact delivery, and develop approaches to actively manage these risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track enhancements and project progress, and define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of specific processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMI), Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner, ITIL4, Kanban, Disciplined Agile (PMI), ICAgile Certifications, SAFe Certifications.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience of 8+ years managing complex portfolios and/or initiatives, experience as Release Train Engineer, ability to communicate with Director and Senior Director level partners and stakeholders, relevant experience working in a hybrid environment, and strong understanding of portfolio & delivery management principles.
