**Job Summary**:

Necodex seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and filter information for seamless collaboration. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in productivity tools, and a strong eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage and organize the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Set reminders for tasks, deadlines, and important events.
  • Filter, prioritize, and organize incoming information for quick access.
  • Facilitate introductions and maintain professional correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other team members as needed for seamless collaboration.

**Requirements**:

  • Excellent English level (C2 minimum).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and productivity tools (e.g., Google Calendar, task management apps).
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
