**Job Summary**

Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Support Engineer - Power Platforms to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide in-depth technical support for customer service delivery via various channels, including telephone, written correspondence, and electronic service.
  • Develop and maintain specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including escalation teams and the development team, to resolve critical and complex issues.
  • Represent Avanciers professionally in customer and partner onsite visits, where travel may be required.
  • Create advanced online technical content, including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, and blogs.
  • Participate in planned team-wide shift rotations to cover business needs, including 24x7 On-Call responsibilities.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing, testing, and deploying flows with Power Automate.
  • Expertise in PPAC, Licensing, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, AI builder, Data Flows, DLP policies, Solutions, Gateways, Custom connectors, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), and Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
  • Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and mentoring.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing service role in any capacity.
