**Job Title:** Product Development Strategist - México & CariCam

This role plays a vital part in the retail industry, helping to manage product categories. The primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize the performance of a specific product category within our company.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can customize category offerings to meet customer demands. You will develop and implement strategic plans that align with market trends, customer demands, and business objectives.

**Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
  • Develop long-term development strategies for product categories.
  • Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility based on Category Decision Tree.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
  • Ensure that the category grows based on Fcast done aside with the retailer.
  • Maintain at least +3ppts SOS vs SOM for Flora FG in each of the retailers.
  • Collaborate with various teams, like marketing, sales, and product development, to identify and implement new products, services, and marketing initiatives.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor or Master’s in Business Administration and/or Marketing or similar.
- Experience of at least 8 years in catman for FMCG companies.
- 2+ years of experience as Specialist in catman (not just analyst).
- Must have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
