**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Mojo Solutions And Services Mss Llc. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction projects in Mexico City, Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that structural engineering and civil engineering standards are met.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Manage demand planning of hardware and materials in alignment with the rollout plan and in consultation with the customer supply manager.

• Manage supplier for site visit cleanups and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.

• Manage and accept/reject service supplier work to ensure high-quality results.

• Achieve targeted rollout and committed to customer expectations.

• Support customer supply manager with good receipts of materials for the project.

• Ensure that rollout Scope is delivered on time and meets required quality standards.

• Manage remote rollout manager and ensure effective communication with subcontractors.

• Manage site access for site visits and control, request, and change site access as needed.

• Secure total control and overview of a group of sites.

• Communicate daily or weekly with suppliers or customers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Update NDPd MS or other tools as required.

• Conduct roll out synchro meetings and check and validate site information.

• Consolidate technical and all information to document acceptation and upload the document in the customer portal.

**Requirements**:

• Local external resources.

• Mandatory use of AI/ML.

• Language support: Spanish.

• Support in local time zone (Capital of country).

**KPI ROM SUPPORT**:

• Sites planned vs completed (Forecast accuracy).%

• Sites installed (daily, weekly, period, quarter, volume vs Target). %

• Sites integrated (daily, weekly, period, quarter, volume vs Target). %

• Site life cycle - CYCLE TIME (Site E2E Leadtime). (Time days)

• Accepted/ Integrated sites. %

**Job Type:** Contract

**Salary:** $9,000.00 per month

**Work Schedule:** 8-hour shift
