Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a leading-edge full-cycle recruitment process. This includes adopting best practices, using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting solutions, and creating innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. You should have at least six years of full-time experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, with a strong understanding of how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.
Desired Skills and Abilities
You will need advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent command of the English language and grammar. You should also have experience with corporate communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position that requires a 50% travel schedule. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation
The salary for this position is between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
