Job DescriptionThis role involves working with our clients to implement new functionality, stay up-to-date with SuccessFactors' new releases, and configure payroll rules. The ideal candidate will have experience testing half-yearly releases, configuring payroll rules, and understanding the PTP replication between EC and ECP as well as other payroll integrations with time collection systems and third-party systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors ECP and/or on-prem HCM payroll systems.
- 2+ years of experience in working with SuccessFactors cloud installation.
- A clear understanding of Employee Central and its integration with Employee Central Payroll in SuccessFactors environments.
- Experience understanding and processing payroll for MX in on-premises and/or ECP, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
- Through understanding of MX payroll compliance rules including CFDI 4.0 framework.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
We offer flexible schedules, dental insurance, life insurance, and meal vouchers. The position is full-time and available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Salary and LocationThe salary range is $80,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office is located in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. We provide a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
