We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Panduit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Mexico market.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
Strategy Formulation and Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Mexico market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
Value Proposition Development
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a compelling value proposition for the Mexico market.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to communicate the value proposition to customers and partners.
Channel Development and Management
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize channel mix and ensure long-term sustainability.
Performance Metrics and Analysis
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of business strategies.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Work Environment
Day shift in Mexico City or Queretaro.
