Key Account/Customer Development Management (E-Commerce/Digital)

At Mars, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering successful omnichannel initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer digital/ecommerce plans to drive overall business strategies.
  • Execute plans for assigned accounts, working closely with the offline team to ensure seamless omnichannel campaigns.
  • Perfect execution by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently, and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Accountable and responsible for achieving agreed-upon key account targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure best-in-class econtent for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the entire process from order placement to payment for assigned eretailers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Budget management (MAB, Trade).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above with experience in areas such as eCommerce retailers or media agency. Significant and diverse sales, category, and customer experience.
  • At least 1 year in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development. Understanding of all sales/digital functions, including Kamm offline, Digital, Customer mkt, Community manager, content specialist.
  • Leading with data & strategy.
  • Experience with e-commerce and B2B/B2C environments, understanding of retailers' business models, and how technology enables marketing and sales.
