Business Development Manager

Panduit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico City or Queretaro. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will play a critical role in driving the short and long-term global go-to-market growth strategy for our target market(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Evaluate customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market plans, including market segmentation, product positioning, and value proposition development.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive revenue growth, including promotional activities, channel partner management, and sales enablement.
  • Offering Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive the adoption and growth of our offerings, including messaging, marketing, and content development.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or marketing.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
