We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support our project team in re-architecting software stacks to behave in a cloud-native fashion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership to define business requirements, prioritize team backlog, and write functional specifications in user story form.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership on financial goals and benchmarks for success
  • Prioritize work activities through a combination of stakeholder input, business value, and cost to achieve
  • Curate the opportunity roadmap by establishing a delivery plan in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Operate the project using agile delivery management processes and policies
  • Establish and refine charters through the identification of cost savings/restructuring opportunities
  • Collaborate with software developers to assess the feasibility of software solutions
  • Manage the schedule and identify, communicate, and resolve blockers to the schedule
  • Perform a risk assessment throughout product development
  • Define and revise decision-making models to guide teams through execution
  • Schedule meetings, establish agenda, ensure necessary participants are available, document and synthesize highlights and communicate outward key action items, owners, and due dates
Requirements
  • 5 years Technical Project/Product Manager Experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - clear and concise to zoom in and zoom out based on visibility of the project
  • Technical skills knowledge with surface level understanding of technical teams
  • Basic Project Management Experience
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, AWS Cloud Native
  • Experience in Spark a plus
  • Adaptability to new ways of working and changes
  • Openness to learning processes and how things are done
  • Work independently and with team
  • Comfort in operating under weakness, inquisitive and troubleshoot
  • Ability to accept feedback, proposals, and criticism
