We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for Strategic Services to support our Indirects Procurement Management Team in Punto Valle. This role involves purchasing activities, sourcing processes, and supplier management relationships to ensure accurate delivery of services under our Purchasing Policy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the monitoring and reporting of critical metrics such as savings, cash flow, contract management, and master data compliance.
- Communication with local suppliers and support for innovation projects, savings, and sourcing processes.
- Creation and management of content in COUPA and management of key Indirect Procurement critical metrics.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about procurement to develop strategic projects for process optimization and support supplier data management.
Requirements
- Organization skills and experience in managing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or International Business.
- Basic SAP knowledge and English language proficiency.
- Power BI & Excel skills and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills and industrial engineering background.
