Responsibilities

">

As a Clinical Research Systems Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Providing timely and high-quality support to system users, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to management as needed;">
  • Leading smaller quick win efforts and participating in projects aimed at improving efficiency within the organization;">
  • Collaborating with IT and vendor teams to evaluate, resolve, and communicate system-related issues impacting users;">
  • Capturing user feedback on system applications and providing input to management;">
  • Proactively reviewing system data to identify training needs or system issues;">
  • Taking part in and coordinating the development and review of application training material;">
  • Participating in system testing by executing mock scenarios, tests, etc., and engaging system users in discussions of system issues;">
  • Demonstrating increased understanding of the business' needs and priorities by working with the application owner in troubleshooting issues and scheduling system changes;">
  • Actively participating in meetings, trainings, and/or mentoring junior personnel on standard day-to-day activities;">
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Life Science;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Experience in 'source writing' and 'EDC';">
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving skills.">

We offer a very competitive salary package, including a base salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus a range of health-related benefits to employees and their families. We also provide competitive retirement plans and related benefits such as life assurance.
