Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Alibaba Cloud, specializing in supporting our Mexico operations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or human resources functions, with a proven ability to organize local events and excel in recruitment activities. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, while knowledge of Chinese is considered an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding for our Mexican operations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and provide general HR administrative support.
- Act as a liaison between our Mexico office and headquarters, ensuring effective communication and alignment of HR policies and practices.
- Utilize excellent command of both written and spoken English and Spanish to communicate with stakeholders across different regions.
Requirements:
- Intermediate English (Non-conversational)
- Soft Skills: Event Coordination, Recruiting Skills, Bilingual Capability
- Recruiting Skills: Strong background in talent acquisition, with the ability to identify and attract top candidates in the Mexican market.
- Bilingual Capability: Fluent in English and Spanish; able to draft professional communications and conduct meetings in both languages.
- Chinese Language Bonus: Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin preferred) is highly beneficial, facilitating communication with our Chinese-speaking associates and partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset to build strong relationships with colleagues and external parties.
