We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Dialler Analyst, where you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of conduct risk management.
  • Collaborate with Contact Management team members to develop and implement best practices, driving process standardization and quality checks.
  • Communicate potential gaps and areas for improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and regulatory requirements, undertaking necessary training and development.
  • Support process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in contact channel management, with a focus on digital technology and technical considerations.
  • At least 4 years of experience in contact management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and liaise with management.
  • Numeracy skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in a 24/7 environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong understanding of procedures and systems.
