**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Dialler Analyst. As a Dialler Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of customer interactions, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and governance procedures, adhering to the highest standards of conduct risk.
  • Collaborate with the Contact Management team to develop and implement best practices, driving process standardization and quality checks.
  • Communicate potential gaps and areas for improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and regulatory requirements, undertaking necessary training and development.
  • Support the development of process improvements, leveraging technical expertise to drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • A strong background in contact channel management, with a good understanding of technical considerations.
  • At least 4 years of experience in contact management and digital technology, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

**Skills**

  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Influencing skills and ability to liaise with members of management.
  • Numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and receptive to change, with the ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong understanding of procedures and systems.
