Key Responsibilities- Evaluate quotation requests to ensure a business opportunity exists
- Design special offers to meet customer requirements, incorporating products, customer service, and solutions
- Coordinate and review analysis and understanding of customer information, ensuring clarity and compliance with contract specifications
- Ensure project information is complete and communicate effectively with various areas of the business to resolve any issues
- Negotiate changes and modifications to meet customer requirements
- Clarify missing or confusing information with customers to ensure expectations are met
- Develop technical and commercial proposals based on existing formats, adhering to Innomotics' internal policies and procedures
- Register, update, and control business opportunities
- Negotiate, monitor, and make technical and commercial adjustments to offers to meet sales targets
- Electrical, Control, Automation Engineering or similar degree
- Fluent English language skills
- Knowledge and experience with MV & LV Motors, Mining, and Cement processes
- 3+ years of experience in an application engineering role within the large motors industry or a directly related industry
- Experience writing technical and commercial proposals
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills with internal and external customers
- Advanced Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc.) and general computer skills
