Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the Home Appliance market.
  • Strong technical background in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 business models.
  • Ability to learn and understand Molex's products and architecture.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong stress management and time management skills.
  • Emphasis on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Fluency in Business English.
