Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Director to lead our spa operations at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the spa's budget and revenue, supervising all areas of the spa, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the spa's budget and revenue, including selecting vendors and negotiating contracts.
  • Oversee the spa's operations, including retail product research, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage controllable expenses, including guest amenities, linen expense, and professional salon products.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by empowering employees to provide excellent service and striving to improve service performance.
  • Conduct human resources activities, including interviewing and hiring employees, developing training programs, and administering performance appraisals.
Requirements
  • 2-year or 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Director of Spa or in a related role.
