Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Engineer to support our projects from initiation to close. As a PMO Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and satisfactory completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include planning project processes, managing client expectations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Set and manage client expectations, communicate project status, and identify potential risks
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, milestones, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Administrative Engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-managed, and skilled in problem-solving and adaptability
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
