Global Human Resources Leader

At Hsbc, we are seeking an experienced Global Human Resources Leader to join our team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving the HR agenda, partnering with relevant stakeholders, and developing People Plans aligned to Global and Regional business strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local employment law and knowledge of access to expert advice when required. They will also possess a strong understanding of global standards and be able to operate within defined guidelines.
This is a leadership role that requires a high level of credibility and trust among senior leaders. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with the relevant global HR team(s) and HR specialist functions to ensure effective delivery of products, services, and processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Driving the HR agenda and partnering with relevant stakeholders

- Managing HR Financial Management and monitoring key trends in people plans/budgets
