About this role:

The Audible HR team is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mexico City. As a Global Human Resources Manager for Mexico and LATAM markets, you will partner closely with Tech HR, International HR, and Tech teams on hiring and advising leaders and managers. You will also collaborate with the wider Audible HR Business Partner team as well as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Compensation, and HR Operations.

This HRBP will support employees and managers in Tech roles in Mexico City, while partnering closely with the U.S.-based HRBP functional leaders. This role will be part of the Tech HRBP team, reporting into the Senior HR Leader for Tech. Additionally, this HRBP will partner very closely with HR Centers of Excellence across Audible and Amazon.

As a Global Human Resources Manager, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full HR partnership to the Mexico-based leadership team and employees
  • Contribute to and drive Human Resources strategy, projects, and initiatives in line with objectives
  • Guide managers with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including compensation, performance management, and employee development
  • Handle employee relations issues self-sufficiently and guide managers with handling cases appropriately
  • Drive and deliver HR processes to support local needs
  • Propose and implement changes to effect continual improvements
  • Develop new process and procedure for the wider team as necessary
  • Partner with Amazon HR team when needed, including escalation and resolution of operations issues

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience. Prior experience working in Mexico is required, as well as Spanish and English language proficiency.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
