Job Summary:

As a key member of the Grupo Prodensa team, the Finance Specialist will be responsible for classifying and recording financial information in accordance with established standards. This role will involve generating financial statements and reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of all accounting operations in accordance with the corresponding NIF.
  • Calculation and registration of fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Determination of the monthly check balance.
  • Debugging accounting accounts.
  • Generation of accounting reports.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Accounting account reconciliation against reports in related areas.
  • Review of all AP of the company.
  • Review of monthly expenses accounts and provisions.
  • Preparation of information related to Mexican authorities (INEGI, SAT, Secretary of Economy).
  • Review of IMSS, SAR & INFONAVIT provision, Payroll Provisions with the HR Department.
  • Preparation of Monthly & Annual Closing and attendance of External Auditors.
  • Maintenance and update of fixed asset record and localization.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in NIF, Fiscal Law, SAP, ORACLE/ERP, Accounting, IMSS Law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • English (business level).
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership and service attitude.
  • Desirable experience in a multicultural environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position.

Working Conditions:

  • General office and plant conditions.
  • High to moderate noise levels.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 per month.
