We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Associates Us/Can to join our team in Guadalajara SSC, Mexico.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for associate level recruitment of one or more manufacturing plants across the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster productive relationships with stakeholders and resolve issues through effective communication and customer service.
  • Develop hiring plans for assigned plants/locations based on demand and identify high-quality talent for requisitions and stakeholder groups supporting Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to pre-hire actions and maintain data integrity in the ATS and ticket system.
  • Ensure consistent utilization and updates for compliance and reporting and stay informed about talent market trends to advise relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of business requirements and communicate effectively with internal partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.
  • Advanced verbal/written English communication skills required and 1 year of HR experience ideally with some recruiting activities at the Associate level and/or across different roles.
  • Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility (US & Canada specifically), ideally in union manufacturing, food or chemical production environments (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
