As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. If you're passionate about compensation and benefits, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you
About the Role:
- Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of compensation, including salary payments, time and attendance tracking, compliance, and reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- PAYROLL PROCESSING: Support payroll process with key business leads.
- TIME AND ATTENDANCE TRACKING: Supervise and maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, as well as absences and leaves.
- COMPLIANCE: Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all payroll-related activities.
- REPORTING AND ANALYSIS: Generate periodic reports and analyses on labor costs, payroll trends, and other relevant data for managerial decision-making.
- What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or HR environment.
- Ability to perform accurate calculations and analyze payroll-related data.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in a deadline-oriented work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and managers.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel and Power Bi.
