Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist - Service Desk Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  2. Resolving technical issues efficiently and escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary
  3. Maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolving issues
  4. Participating in knowledge sharing sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices

You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with other teams, including engineering, project management, and sales, to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT service management, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
