Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the Scrum team delivers value to the business.
  • Coordinates and captures the needs of key stakeholders and interested parties.
  • Responsible for managing the dynamic backlog and the product roadmap.
  • Understands business needs and manages connections with the product to:
    • Develop new features that improve or meet business needs.
    • Refine current development.
    • Automate needs and integrate with other systems.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic programming knowledge.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Negotiation, stakeholder management, prioritization, and strategic vision skills.
