Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Kohler Co. in San Luis De La Paz, Mexico. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent and culture strategies that drive operational excellence, organizational agility, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with associates and union leadership to drive positive employee relations and create an optimal work environment.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including talent management, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide strategic and consultative leadership guidance and mentoring to HR team members and plant leadership.
  • Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.
  • Identify critical positions and develop succession strategies for those positions.
  • Resolves employee relation issues and ensures regulatory compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/labor relations, or psychology.
  • Minimum five years' experience in Human Resources, with an emphasis on business partnership, operational excellence, and culture transformation.
  • Experience in multiple core functions of HR, including manufacturing HR team leadership, labor relations, employee relations, compensation, recruiting, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and org effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills, data-driven, and computer savvy.
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English required.
