Opportunity: Human Resources Administrator - Facilities
Objective:
Responsible for the comprehensive management and planning of the company's infrastructure and services, aimed at optimizing spaces and resources for the effective execution of professional activities.
General Responsibilities:
Implement institutional regulatory provisions and administrative tools (functions, policies, procedures, formats, instructions) relevant to their management area.
Attend and participate in training and development events organized by the Human Resources department to enhance job performance and foster personal and professional growth.
Adhere to disciplinary, safety, and hygiene regulations established in the internal work regulations and benefits.
Comply with the established ethical code in the execution of their duties.
Specific Responsibilities:
Address requests for route expansions, updates, and scheduling of special services.
Validate scheduled services for billing purposes to ensure timely payment processing.
Manage the assignment, cancellation, and modification of lockers for unionized personnel.
Coordinate the allocation of personal protective equipment (PPE) by managing requisitions and replacements of uniforms for both administrative and unionized staff.
Provide welcome kits for new administrative personnel.
Maintain records of cafeteria charges for employees to facilitate payroll applications.
Oversee the request and distribution of barcodes and cafeteria vouchers.
Manage the request, supply, and distribution of office supplies.
Participate in the development of internal policies to promote a culture of compliance and minimize legal risks.
Ensure the timely delivery of gifts to staff as part of the annual engagement plan.
Coordinate the commissions related to year-end celebrations.
Monitor expenditures incurred by the department to ensure adherence to the defined budget.
Skills/Requirements
Job Profile
Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in administration, labor relations, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year in human resources or general services.
Competencies: Results-oriented, analytical skills, planning and organizational abilities, initiative.
Interpersonal Skills: Learning capacity, customer orientation, adaptability/flexibility, and collaboration.
